Objet<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1783\">Les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales d\u00e9finissent les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019intervention de Valentin De Busscher, jardinier ind\u00e9pendant en Brabant wallon, pour l\u2019ensemble des prestations propos\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1788\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"wavypb\" data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1814\">2. Services propos\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1855\">Les prestations comprennent notamment :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1970\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1qrx3nx\" data-start=\"1856\" data-end=\"1879\">Entretien de jardin<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"4digk8\" data-start=\"1880\" data-end=\"1900\">Tonte de pelouse<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ulsj2a\" data-start=\"1901\" data-end=\"1932\">Taille de haies et arbustes<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ynlcot\" data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1970\">Cr\u00e9ation et am\u00e9nagement de jardin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1972\" data-end=\"2051\">La liste n\u2019est pas exhaustive et peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e selon les besoins du client.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2053\" data-end=\"2056\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"16weety\" data-start=\"2058\" data-end=\"2070\">3. Devis<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2072\" data-end=\"2121\">Toute prestation fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un devis gratuit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2216\">Le devis devient contractuel d\u00e8s validation par le client (signature, email ou accord \u00e9crit).<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2218\" data-end=\"2221\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1jidt0v\" data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2234\">4. Prix<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2272\">Les prix sont exprim\u00e9s en euros (\u20ac).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2344\">Ils sont indiqu\u00e9s TVA comprise ou hors TVA selon le r\u00e9gime applicable.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2346\" data-end=\"2474\">Les \u00e9ventuels frais suppl\u00e9mentaires (\u00e9vacuation des d\u00e9chets, d\u00e9placements sp\u00e9cifiques, fournitures) sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9s dans le devis.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2476\" data-end=\"2479\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1h0mdg2\" data-start=\"2481\" data-end=\"2496\">5. Paiement<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2498\" data-end=\"2573\">Sauf mention contraire, le paiement est exigible \u00e0 la fin de la prestation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2575\" data-end=\"2603\">Modes de paiement accept\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2671\">\n<li data-section-id=\"uce7s3\" data-start=\"2604\" data-end=\"2625\">Virement bancaire<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xnp940\" data-start=\"2626\" data-end=\"2671\">Esp\u00e8ces (dans le respect de la l\u00e9gislation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2673\" data-end=\"2786\">En cas de retard de paiement, des int\u00e9r\u00eats de retard pourront \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation belge.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2788\" data-end=\"2791\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1aa4tgr\" data-start=\"2793\" data-end=\"2819\">6. D\u00e9lais et ex\u00e9cution<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"2877\">Les d\u00e9lais d\u2019intervention sont donn\u00e9s \u00e0 titre indicatif.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2879\" data-end=\"2917\">Ils peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s en fonction :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"3010\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1s5zpke\" data-start=\"2918\" data-end=\"2952\">Des conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"toljye\" data-start=\"2953\" data-end=\"2982\">De contraintes techniques<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1sxy4wa\" data-start=\"2983\" data-end=\"3010\">De la charge de travail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3012\" data-end=\"3015\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1vbmxy2\" data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3034\">7. Annulation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3036\" data-end=\"3117\">Toute annulation doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9e au minimum 24 heures avant l\u2019intervention.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3204\">En cas d\u2019annulation tardive ou d\u2019absence du client, une indemnit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3206\" data-end=\"3209\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"vvzllw\" data-start=\"3211\" data-end=\"3232\">8. Responsabilit\u00e9<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3234\" data-end=\"3312\">Le prestataire s\u2019engage \u00e0 ex\u00e9cuter les travaux avec soin et professionnalisme.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3314\" data-end=\"3350\">Il ne pourra \u00eatre tenu responsable :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3482\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1dp3fqg\" data-start=\"3351\" data-end=\"3425\">De l\u2019\u00e9tat initial du jardin (maladies, sols, installations existantes)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u8nvlr\" data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3456\">Des conditions climatiques<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"kpl4ff\" data-start=\"3457\" data-end=\"3482\">De dommages indirects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3484\" data-end=\"3487\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"nopioj\" data-start=\"3489\" data-end=\"3509\">9. D\u00e9chets verts<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3511\" data-end=\"3527\">Selon le devis :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3528\" data-end=\"3613\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ifkg9s\" data-start=\"3528\" data-end=\"3588\">Les d\u00e9chets verts peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9vacu\u00e9s (service factur\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"5y0hfn\" data-start=\"3589\" data-end=\"3613\">Ou laiss\u00e9s sur place<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3618\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"b0snts\" data-start=\"3620\" data-end=\"3635\">10. Litiges<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3637\" data-end=\"3693\">En cas de litige, une solution amiable sera privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3695\" data-end=\"3777\">\u00c0 d\u00e9faut, les tribunaux comp\u00e9tents seront ceux du ressort du si\u00e8ge du prestataire.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3779\" data-end=\"3782\" \/>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"1e6h2ol\" data-start=\"3784\" data-end=\"3803\">11.
